    This property contains pumps that are powered by air cooled gasoline engines. These wells pump water into concrete storage tanks. In addition, there are dirt stock tanks found throughout the ranch. These impoundments are fed by run-off.

    Main house is a modest stucture with two bedroom and one bath, living room and personal kitchen.

Improvements

    There are two hired hand houses, warehouse and shop, all of adobe construction. There are also working pens and corrals.
